Regarding Invites

As you guys know, we're issuing invites to those signing up, but it seems like Livejournal's outstanding invite maximum has actually gone down from what it was last year and it's taking longer than expected to get all these invites out. Please make sure you're double checking your invites in the Communities tab, every person who doesn't accept is one less person we can send an invite to.

For the time being, the community is currently open to membership requests. If you have not yet received an invite, you're welcome to join and we'll validate the request as soon as we match it to your sign-up. We will, however, still be issuing invites during this time.

Thanks again for your patience! Everything will be more than sorted out by the time things get rolling, but you don't have to wait until your membership is confirmed to start working!
